1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the dating website services through the Website.

3. In the interests of the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. We control their performance and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts - the Act on the protection of personal data, the Act on the provision of electronic services, as well as all types of executive acts and Community legislation.
4. Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or to implement the contract concluded between the parties.
5. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way: through information entered voluntarily in forms by collecting "cookies" [see cookie policy].

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the website, which may be affected by development Internet technology, possible changes to the law in the field of personal data protection and the development of our website internet. 13. Data used in AI moderation
To detect violations of the terms, spam and fraud and to review appeals, Jaty analyses public descriptions, photos, account information, warning history and the content and patterns of sent private messages, including messages retained in the archive. Analysis may include sender and recipient identifiers and sending dates. Private messages are therefore subject to moderation even though they are not publicly visible.
We use AI tools provided by OpenAI for this analysis. Assessed content and account data may be sent to these tools for moderation. Content may include sensitive information disclosed by a user; accepting the terms does not replace any legally required basis for processing it.
AI assesses content, context and repeated behaviour under the public moderation rules. It can initiate removal of a description or photos, a warning or an account ban without prior human approval of every decision. Ambiguous cases are referred for human assessment. A ban prevents access to the account but does not mean that all data is deleted; a photo removed from a profile is not necessarily removed immediately from all retained copies.
For review and appeals, we record the assessed content or a reference to it, the reason for the decision, the action and its outcome. Users may express their views, challenge a decision and request reconsideration by a human by emailing [email protected]. Logging in is not required to appeal. Appeals are handled by the operator or an authorised moderator, not solely by AI.
14. Visit statistics and external tools
We use Simple Analytics for visit statistics. This measurement is separate from registration data saved with an account. We enable Google Analytics only after analytics consent and rely on consent for this processing. Measurement purposes and provider information about cookies and privacy are described in our cookie policy. Using the service or accepting this policy does not constitute consent to optional tracking.
15. Registration source information
After analytics consent, when an account is created, we may save the first generic page path visited and the source from the utm_source parameter, such as a campaign name. These values are read from the first_page_visited and first_utm_source cookies. This also applies to registration through Facebook.
The purpose is to understand where people creating accounts come from. This data is linked to an account and is not anonymous. Missing values do not block registration or account features. Source measurement is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). It is optional and is not a condition of entering into an agreement to use the service. Accepting the terms does not replace prior consent to optional cookie storage and access.
Saved information remains part of the account data after the browser is closed or cookies are deleted. To request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, email [email protected]. These rights apply under the conditions set out in the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
